Penington Road Beaconsfield
The client bought a tired existing 1940’s house on a good road in Beaconsfield. They asked us to remodel the house in a modern idiom to provide a family home. Following close consultation with the local planners, we proposed an extensive demolition of the house back to its original core. We completely redesigned the rear and added a new side extention to provide the house with a new kitchen, double-height dining and living space. Further remodelling inside, and to the front and side of the house at first floor level provided extra bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and a playroom. A new master-bedroom was constructed at the back of the house over-looking the garden with a walk-in dressing room and large ensuite bathroom. The front of the house was rendered and a new garage constructed.
